The 6" fillet knife's superior blade is made of stainless steel making for a longer lasting cutting edge. Its "Double Taper Blade" makes it strong for cutting through bone and tough skin and also has a flexible tip for delicate filleting. The "Comfort Grip" handle features a safety finger guard. The sheath features a built-in Hook-hone and knife sharpener. The sheaths unique design is fully vented with a built in lock.
